Courses recognised by the Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia.

The course recognition program of the Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia (RIM Professionals Australasia) enables academic institutions and training providers to apply for formal RIM Professionals Australasia recognition of their courses. Institutions and providers formally recognised by the Association have had their course curricula tested against Association expertise and knowledge of best practice, the ISO Standard for Records Management 15489 and if applicable the Recordkeeping Competency Standards.

Obtaining qualifications from a recognised course allows members to fast track their upgrade to professional membership of the Association.

The Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses have been structured to facilitate a transition to the Diploma of Management and Advanced Diploma of Management qualifications.     Course is run for RIMPA by Relevancy Pty Ltd through ANITAD

    The qualification reflects the role of record and information consultants and managers who have a detailed understanding and specialist knowledge of business or records systems. They may provide strategic direction for business or records systems in large organisations with responsibility for a team.
    They may also be individuals with sole responsibility for business of records systems in smaller
    organisations.

    This course is run for RIMPA by Relevancy Pty Ltd through ANITAD

    This qualification is suitable for those working as records and information officers in a broad range of contexts. They may use problem-solving skills, analyse information and provide guidance for others in the workplace.
