My expertise includes developing records management policies and procedures, overseeing system upgrades, and applying change management frameworks such as ADKAR to ensure smooth transitions. I am skilled in digital transformation, having led organisations through the shift from paper-based to digital processes. Additionally, my strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills enable me to work effectively with diverse teams, provide training, and manage complex projects to deliver results on time and within budget.
Qualifications: I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) and have further enhanced my qualifications with a Diploma in Leadership Management from Victoria University. This qualification has equipped me with practical leadership skills that I apply across different industry contexts. Additionally, I completed an Advanced Diploma in Recordkeeping in 2013, which advanced my ability to implement business systems, identify opportunities in digitisation, and manage information within complex environments.
