Giovanni Forero has extensive experience assisting organisations with their information needs. 6 years of experience working with Medical Records, Data Capture and HIPPA in United States of America, and 13 years of experience working in Australia implementing information and record solutions for clients across all multiple verticals, consulting and developing information strategies to understand the information needs and behaviours of users and organisations.
With a Master on Information and Knowledge Management from UTS, he is currently in the latest stages of his Doctoral research for UTS, investigating the information practices of scientists when researching highly resistant bacteria.
Giovanni has contributed to various Information Science conferences like COLIS 2019, ASIS&T 2019, RAILS 2016 and RIMPA 2017, 2019, 2021, presenting his ideas about the information practices of individuals in the greater context of everyday life and work, and currently directs the Intelligent Information Management (IIM) practice at Konica Minolta, where he advises organisations to implement information solutions, from discovery to implementation and continuous improvement.

Peter is an Information ‘sense maker’ and has been translating its capabilities for business since his first involvement with RIMPA Global in the 90’s. It’s been his passion bringing to life soft and hard benefits from understanding corporate memory.
Peter has delivered outcomes across 14 business sectors in multiple cultures and countries. This includes Federal State and Local Government in Australia and UK coupled with a Plethora of private sector Global companies. He is currently deep diving into the AI world with his ICT & Defence colleagues.
His focus has remained on creating innovation or competitive advantage with valuable, secure, and compliant Information assets by ensuring core business has aligned behaviours, processes, and technology.
Peter is a past Board Member with the RMAA, a coach with ACS, a CIO in Australian Government and Business Mentor in the UK.
Sheryl Mapp is an information and data governance specialist. She has worked across government at the federal and state levels in NSW and Victoria, and in the private sector.
Sheryl works with organisations to introduce compliant and efficient strategies, frameworks, models, and programs to support managing their information assets. She is an industry award winner (J Edis Linton award) for delivering excellence and innovation in recordkeeping.
Sheryl is a regular conference and workshop presenter, and has lectured in information management at RMIT University, Melbourne, including establishing the first online course for records and archives management.

Joy has over thirty-five years’ experience in the information management profession and is the Managing Director of Siller Systems Administration (SSA). She has held this role almost thirty years. She has had a long-standing relationship with professional records and information management associations, is a well-known presenter, expert advisor, and has assisted with the development of training curricula and courses within tertiary institutions.
