Anne Cornish, MRIM (Life), is a seasoned veteran of the information management (IM) industry with over 40 years of experience. Throughout her career, Anne has been a passionate advocate for raising the profile of the industry and its practitioners. Her journey has taken her from a practitioner in Local Government for 10 years, to a reputable consultant for both private and government clients for 26 years, and ultimately to the CEO position at RIMPA Global for five years. Along the way, Anne has gained a diverse set of skills that are all related to information management and has a talent for promoting IM and sharing experiences and uses these skills to help others understand what is needed to remain competitive in the ever-evolving world of IM.Manager, Data Governance, Australian Communications and Media Authority
Jo Talbot is incredibly passionate about data governance and currently works at The Australian Communications and Media Authority after her latest stint at IP Australia where she delivered their Data, Information, and Analytics strategy.
During her time at IP Australia she acknowledged the natural relationship between data, information, and records which led her to combine the functions. This experience adds to her history of establishing and leafing functions that elevate an organisation's maturity of business' data and information assets and systems by applying key principles of data management, business analytics, and people management.
