Standard Presentation (45 minute)
Sessions intended to present information or teach people about a particular subject, convey critical information, history, background, theories, and equations.
Panel Discussion (60 minute)
Session consisting of a panel of three to five individuals discussing theories or perspectives on a given topic. The goal of a panel discussion is to have a more informal session with time for audience feedback. Presentation titles should be provided and will be printed in the program, but prepared papers are not required. A moderator is required (this role may be performed by the chair); a commentator is optional.
Clinic/Workshop (60 minute – 120 minutes)
Clinics/workshops are designed to give short and in-depth scope on a particular subject so that attendees can walk away with key takeout, tips and tricks to implement back in the workplace.
Case Study (30 minutes – 1 hour)
Presentations that describe a project, research, or collaboration initiatives in their developing or formative stages, and including at least 10 minutes of interactive discussion with feedback from the audience.
Think Tank/Round Table (80 minutes)
Session led by an individual or group, designed to highlight innovative archives or records management programs, new techniques, and research projects. Audience participation is encouraged.

Workshops/Clinics/Case Studies Criteria
Must be submitted as an abstract of 300 words
Must include information about coordinator and format.
Must include details about expected outcomes.
Panel Discussions Criteria
Must be submitted as an abstract of 300 words
Must include information on panel set up (moderators and contributors)
Must include details about the topic of discussion, how panelists will contribute to the discussion, how the audience will be included in the discussion, and some anticipated outcome of the discussion
Proposals are welcome on any aspect of archives, records, and information management—local, state or territorial, national, and international—especially their intersections with other professions and domains. Each proposal will be evaluated on its completeness and the strength of the abstract.
