What is the refund policy?

As per our terms and conditions, all cancellations must be notified in writing to the RIMPA Live Convention Manager: [email protected]

• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event will be charged 25% of the registration fee to cover Administration.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the registration fee to cover Administration
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will be charged 75% of the registration fee to cover Administration

RIMPA Live full convention delegate registration includes:

• Tuesday, 28 October 2025: Welcome Reception - Drinks and Canapes
• Wednesday, 29 October 2025: Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner at The Diamond Ball
• Thursday, 30 October 2025: Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Drinks and Canapes at the Grande Finale

Let us know at the time of registration if you have any medical dietary requirements. We work very closely with the properties on these details so communicate clearly and early of anything we should be aware of. If you forget to register your dietary needs during the registration process, you must advise the RIMPA Global team a minimum of 14 days prior to the convention for these to be accommodated and available for you.

Please note that you may be charged an additional fee for out of the box dietary requests. With most venues now offering three options vegetarian, vegan and gluten free only.

Delegates are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their accommodation. We highly encourage booking your accommodation early during registration to secure your preferred choice and avoid any potential disappointment. Professional members who register to attend RIMPA Live convention receive 24 CPD points towards their CPD point requirement of 60 points.

We have got you covered - there will be free Wi-Fi available throughout the convention rooms during the event period. WIFI code will be provided and displayed at the convention venue. 

Dress in layers for fluctuating temperatures, opting for light jackets or sweaters in the mornings and evenings, and lighter clothing during the day. Be prepared for varying room temperatures at the convention and bring an additional layer for comfort.

Melbourne in late October is known for its mild spring weather, but it’s also famous for its unpredictable conditions. Delegates attending RIMPA Live 2025 can generally expect daytime temperatures ranging from 15°C to 22°C (59°F to 72°F), with cooler evenings around 10°C (50°F).

Spring in Melbourne often brings a mix of sunshine and occasional showers, so it’s a good idea to pack layers, including a light jacket or coat, and an umbrella just in case. Comfortable shoes are also recommended, especially if you plan to explore the city’s parks, laneways, or waterfront.
