Strategic Information Management Coordinator

The Strategic Information Management Coordinator will lead the strategic and governance team in efficiently managing information assets while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and enhancing information and data governance controls. This pivotal role will define the Council’s information management approach, align technical knowledge with organisational goals, and establish robust governance frameworks.
Key Requirements:
• Advanced qualifications in information management or extensive relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of records and information management legislation and standards.
• Proven experience leading stakeholders and providing thought leadership.
• Expertise in computerised business systems, information, and records management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in producing reports, briefing material, and translating complex information into simple concepts.
• Ability to independently manage high-stakes projects and implement innovative solutions.
• Ability to successfully pass all background related checks.
