Friendly Reminder: Nominations for the 2024 Bernadette Bean SA Records Management Service Excellence Award

RIMPA Global is proud to sponsor and support the 2024 Bernadette Bean SA Records Management Service Excellence Award. This prestigious award honours the memory of the late Bernadette Bean and recognises exceptional contributions in records and information management, archives management, knowledge management, and the management of history and cultural heritage, museum, and library collections.

Key Focus Areas for Nominations: Nominees who have excelled in or are working towards best practice and improvement in:

  • Enhancing capture, management, preservation, governance, digitisation, or digital access practices and services.
  • Advancing system technologies or digital transformation, including ECM, EDRMS, archive, collection management, imaging, workflow/business automation, and AI systems.
  • Demonstrating innovation, creativity, leadership, teamwork, knowledge sharing, mentoring, research, project management, or dedication and significant contributions to the organisation or industry.

Whether you are, or you know, a seasoned current, past, or new eligible practitioner, archivist, researcher, or historian working towards excellence in these practice areas; a team that's been pushing the boundaries; or a quiet achiever, student, or volunteer who has shown exceptional promise and dedication, please consider submitting a nomination. The Bernadette Bean Award is an opportunity to celebrate hard work and these remarkable contributions to collections, practices, and solutions that shape our local, regional, or State memory and culture, and to inspire others in the process.
