Shaping the Future: A Collaborative Review of RIMPA’s Member Services in 2025

Happy New Year to all! I hope you had a chance to relax and recharge over the past few weeks.

As outlined by our Chair, Bonita Kennedy, at the October AGM, a comprehensive review of RIMPA’s member services and supporting operations will be conducted during the first quarter of 2025. This review will focus on three key areas: services, processes, and costs. Member involvement is crucial to ensuring the review’s transparency, relevance, and success.

We invite you to participate in a focus group exercise scheduled for February. This is an opportunity to share your insights on current member services and your expectations for the future. While past surveys and feedback will guide the process, your up-to-date input is vital for identifying trends and shaping recommendations.

If you are unable to join a focus group, we still welcome your comments. The review aims to evaluate the relevance and value of our services and assess how RIMPA staff and volunteers will have the necessary skills to deliver them effectively.
