Information Management Specialist, Toolbox Consulting
For the past 25 years Paul Fechner MRIM has worked in Records, Information and Knowledge Management roles expanding across the Private Sector and both State and Local Government.
Through his experience he’s been a firm believer that effective and efficient RIM is a combination of many things and has learnt from both mistakes and successes. He’s conducted hundreds of training sessions along with being a workshop facilitator and is a regular presenter at various conferences…..and enjoys having a bit of fun along the way along with getting inside your head to realise that information is an extremely valuable asset. A thought provoker and culture changer who uses his vast experiences to assist organisations help themselves from within and with the tools they very often have. He’s also been a systems administrator for EDRMS’s and SharePoint and loves what Office 365 can do……but is also wary of ‘the human factor’. Paul enjoys creating a business ecosystem that brings together culture, logistics and the tools available within an Information Governance Framework of plans, policies and guidelines, trainings and clear communications.
