The world of artificial intelligence can certainly seem overwhelming at first. If you’re in a compliance or governance role, it might seem impossible to know where to start in terms of what you need to know without going down the rabbit hole of getting too technical and losing sight of the bigger picture.
Training sets are one thing that you certainly will need to know in order to govern AI effectively. Records management subject matter expertise is required to make them. IT certainly doesn’t have the skills to do so! But what actually is a training set, and how do you get started with creating one?
