As Product Success Director, Kylie has a strong focus on ensuring product development is aligned with business strategy and customer needs.

With over 18 years’ experience in the Information Management industry, Michelle is passionate about ensuring Customer’s needs and expectations are met in the delivery of technology solutions. Prior to joining TechnologyOne, Michelle spent 12 years working in the Local Government and Education sectors, where she played key roles in advancing records management strategies and leading business process improvement initiatives.
