One very small Information Management team, one growing, rapidly-changing organisation – can they create and maintain a stable records management system?
EPA’s Information Management Platform combines SharePoint with Records365. To ensure that the Platform is not only adopted but maintained by the business, the Information Management team works closely with functional areas. A culture of co-design has emerged, with end users identifying preferred site structure and metadata. Information Management provides substantial support, guidance and communication. The team also works closely with Information Security and Privacy to ensure messages and practice align across and support each area.
