The DPC Australasia and Asia-Pacific has 23 members across the region and is part of a global collaborative global community working together to preserve our digital heritage. This presentation will give an overview of local DPC activities and some newly released digital preservation resources.
Robin Wright is Head Australasia and Asia-Pacific for the Digital Preservation Coalition. She has an extensive background working in copyright and digital technologies including as Manager, Scholarly Resources at Swinburne University of Technology and Research Fellow at the Centre for Media and Communication Law, University of Melbourne.
Robin has managed various research projects on the use of digital content by cultural and educational organizations. She has an LLB(Hons), MA and BMus, is on the Board of the Australian Digital Alliance and is Co-Lead of Creative Commons Australia.
