With over two decades of dedicated experience in Information Governance, Paula is a distinguished industry expert, often called upon to share her experience and opinions. As a tertiary qualified and chartered IRM professional, Paula boasts extensive proficiency as an Infromation Governance specialist, having navigated through multiple roles in Client, Consulting and Product Management roles and with a range of technologies. Her diverse background includes pivotal roles across Information Governance, ECM selection, design, and implementation, as well as Project Management, Information Architecture, and Service Delivery.
Paula brings a pragmatic approach steeped in firsthand experience, embodying the mantra of "reuse before redesign." A fervent advocate for Information Governance initiatives, she draws from her past as a practicing Information Manager, former Branch President of RIMPA and a sense of humour that engages the teams she works with.

Lucy has over 35 years’ experience in information management, in both government and private enterprise. During this time has had a keen interest in government, law, utilities and mining.
Her skills include understanding business requirements from definition through to implementation, reporting to all levels of management, developing and implementing recordkeeping frameworks and programs for organisations, systems administration, and training both recordkeeping fundamentals and system training. Further to this, she has vast experience management of libraries as a Library Technician and have also worked in knowledge management environments.
Among her achievements, she is a Chartered Member (MRIM) of RIMPA and is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified). In 2023 Lucy was a finalist in the J Eddis Linton Outstanding Individual award.
Lucy specializes in delivering high quality projects and is highly experienced in defining and implementing end-to-end solutions that deliver high adoption rates across collaboration, automation, document and records management services.
