Reshmi has a strong background in information security, governance, risk management and compliance and has worked with Government and private sector companies to solve their cybersecurity challenges ranging from developing customised cybersecurity frameworks, performing risk assessments, and running information security programmes to comply with various industry standards and regulations.
Starting her career in the academia, she has worked in diverse roles spanning research, public policy and information security consulting and auditing. She now works at Microsoft as a Data Security and Privacy Technology specialist.
She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion & diversity of thought. She also serves on the board of ISACA Sydney chapter.
