Wendy McLain, MLIS, CRM has 20+ years of experience in records and information management within the government, healthcare, engineering, and energy sectors. In partnership with IT, Legal, and other stakeholders, she drives ongoing compliance, synergies, and process improvements. She enjoys lively discussions with colleagues and mentoring the next wave of industry professionals. Her service to the RIM profession spans local and international roles including the Institute of Certified Records Managers Board of Regents (2012-18), the ARMA International Board of Directors (2019 to present), and the ARMA International Educational Foundation (2023 to present).

Pinakeen has 21+ years of experience in the Engineering/Asset Information Management (AIM) domain and brings multifaceted experience working with Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPC/EPCm), IT and Supplier organizations. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in establishing and optimizing various information management functions, driving efficiency and excellence.
A few of the highlights include setting up an AIM practice from scratch and scaling the services to Centre of Excellence team for an IT services major, managing a large team of about 200 members for an EPCs major that provided cross functional AIM expertise across Life Cycle Information Management, Data Management and Document Control.
Being a RIMPA Global Ambassador he is in the process of strengthening RIMPA’s global presence by establishing Community of Practice (CoP) for India and facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among information management professionals on a global scale.
Pinakeen holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Technical Writing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL) and MBA in Materials Management through the Indian Institute of Materials Management.
He lives in Mumbai, India with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he play chess and enjoys reading, practicing Pranic Healing and Acupressure Therapy.

Aisha Bilkhair PhD is a Research Advisor at the National Library and Archives. A Fulbright Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in filmmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute (USA), a master’s degree in Ethnic Studies from San Francisco State University (USA) and a PhD in Arab Gulf Studies from the University of Exeter (UK). She is a member of several associations and committees such as the African Diaspora in Asia, National Archives’ Scientific Committee, and Heads the Tolerance Committee and the Young Historian Award, among others. Recognized as an expert in oral history, ethnographic studies, and the African Diaspora, her chief research interests are cross-cultural studies, women, youth, and the transformation of identity.
Dr. Bilkhair is a bi-weekly newspaper columnist who lectures and writes extensively on these topics, with published articles ranging from cross-cultural dialogue to the evolution of women’s education in the country. She is appointed member to the UAE National committee for Folk Music and the UAE representative in the International Council for Traditional Music & Dance (ICTMD) and the International Oral History Association (IOHA). Dr. Bilkhair is a graduate of the Government Leadership Program, Executive Leaders. She was recognized as one of the Most Influential People of African Decent (MIPAD) Creatives Edition in 2022 and many other awards since.

He serves as the Chairperson of Kenya Association of Records Managers and Archivists (KARMA). Stephen Clarke RIMPA Global Ambassador and J. Eddis Linton Award winner 2012, is an Information Management and AI Consultant. Stephen has had many senior roles in Information and Data Management, been a Chief Data Officer, and was previously Chief Archivist of Archives New Zealand, a career highlight of 20 years as senior NZ Public Sector.
Stephen has been a strong advocate of standards for may years working with IT-021 since 2007, on ICA for the ICA-Req Suite, and with ISO/TC46/SC11 as a former Head of Delegation and Working Group Chair Stephen has co-developed standards such ISO 15489, ISO 13028, ISO 16175, and the ISO 30300 series.
