Communication is the most commonly identified stumbling block for effective performance across all organisations. It is something we stress about, but something we are not well equipped to fix. Yet, communication is the cornerstone of everything we do at work, and as our workplaces get more complex the link between communication and performance has never been as evident. This session will give you workplace tools to enact tomorrow, to create positive impact and give you some control.
For over 25 years, Jenny has supported organisations and individuals as they undergo change, growth, and innovation. Her focus has been on improving outcomes and she has worked across a variety of sectors including education, government, not-for-profit, professional services, and private business. Her passion for education, facilitation and research grew from a 13 year academic career in higher education which led to adopting an evidence-based approach when supporting senior leaders and boards. Jenny has worked as a consultant and senior leader creating trusted, successful connections and facilitating real change. Now, as a Facilitator with national boutique consulting firm ‘Leading Teams’ she continues to support managers to create high performing teams through sustainable, cultural change.
